**About Us**

Zinfra partners with companies across the utility and infrastructure sectors to deliver maintenance, operations, engineering, and construction services. For our partners our work is crucial to maintaining the safety and reliability of their electricity and gas transmission and distribution assets.

**About the roles**

We have three Supervisor roles available, in these roles you will be supporting the successful delivery of all routine construction, planned maintenance, repairs and emergency response services within the Gas Distribution portfolio of works.

The roles have an **attractive starting salary**, participation in a **10% bonus program** and a **tool of trade vehicle **is provided. You will have the** **opportunity to** increase your salary with overtime (30% uplift) **by participating in an after-hours roster which includes night shift and weekends. Work is located in metropolitan Sydney with an office at Greystanes.

**Key responsibilities include**
- Involvement with all HSEQ incident investigations, providing input, review and advice
- Drive a safety culture to ensure safe delivery of work
- Provide operational departments with reports and data insights
- Ensure the delivery of the program of works is completed efficiently and to productivity standards
- Work with Team Leaders in the identification of any variations to forecasts and/or budgets
- Manage all internal and external roster requirements

**About you**
- Gas industry experience (highly desirable)
- Team Leader experience
- Experience working safely in and around civil operations
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- White Card and Driver’s Licence
