**Superstar Support Worker**
**Location**: Carnegie and Surrounding suburbs
**Position Type**: Casual
**Pay**: $33.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on experience

**About the Role**:
You’ll be supporting amazing individuals with a range of disabilities in their day-to-day lives — helping with home tasks, encouraging independence, and maybe even sharing a laugh or two. This is a job for someone who’s practical, patient, and passionate about people.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Assisting with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, or organizing
- Supporting clients with different physical or intellectual disabilities in a respectful and person-centered way
- Offering caring and empowering personal support (as needed)
- Being a friendly companion and cheerleader for life’s small (and big) wins
- Helping maintain a safe, calm, and happy home environment

**You’ll Be a Great Fit If You**:

- Have previous experience in disability or community support
- Are a great communicator who’s empathetic and down-to-earth
- Can think on your feet and roll with life’s ups and downs
- Respect boundaries, encourage independence, and know how to listen

**Bonus Points For**:

- A current Australian full driver’s license
- First aid certificate
- A love for music, cooking, or quirky conversation

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
