Swanside is a boutique NDIS provider known for genuine, person-centred support and long-term client relationships. We’re expanding our small, high-quality team as new referrals come through and we’re looking for professional, reliable support workers who share our standard of care.

We’re not an agency that floods you with random clients. Instead, we match you with participants who fit your skills, personality, and location so you can actually build meaningful, consistent relationships.

**About the Role**

This role suits experienced support workers who are looking for stability, autonomy, and clients they genuinely enjoy working with. You’ll start with a few consistent clients and have the opportunity to grow your hours as we continue to take on new referrals.

**What We Offer**
- $53.43/hr weekday rate (Must work via ABN)
- Flexible hours — ideal if you have at least 3 days a week availability

**What You’ll Need**

**Essential**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in disability, aged, or community support
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Full drivers lisence and comprehensive car insurance
- National Police Check
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Disability / Aged Care (or equivalent)
- First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Must have valid Australian ABN
- Excellent communication, reliability, and integrity
- WWCC (Working With Children Check)

**Desirable**:

- Certificate IV or additional specialist training
- Experience in community access, personal care, or complex supports

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $53.43 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
