**The Opportunity**

Due to new projects and increased outputs we are seeking additional Supervisors to be part of the West Region Delivery Team, working on critical infrastructure to deliver design, construction, maintenance and facility management services for the next ten (10) years across wastewater and recycled water systems extending from Sydney’s Inner West suburbs out to the Blue Mountains including the Western Sydney Growth Area and part of the North West Growth Centre.

Reporting to the Project Manager you will lead a culture of safety and productivity to deliver water infrastructure projects in large treatment or linear infrastructure (piping) projects.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Take the lead role in the day-to-day management of on-site safety
- Run the on-site budget and business processes relating to labour, overtime, small tools and hire equipment.
- Manage the day-to-day site activity in-accordance with the programme and comply with business systems
- Manage the day-to-day activity of subcontractors and site labour to the project plan and project documentation
- Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on-site meetings.
- Consistently achieve and assist sub-contractors in their obligations to meet a high quality of workmanship

**What you will need**
- Concrete structures and knowledge background.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Foreman on concrete structures
- Have exposure to water retaining structures
- Have excellent people management skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Be a team player
