The Role

Lendlease is delivering a $1.1 billion redevelopment of Frankston Hospital. This is the largest ever health infrastructure investment in Melbourne's south-east.

As a Supervisor you will be an important member of the construction team working on this brand new facility. Construction is currently underway, we are around half way through schedule. You will oversee and co-ordinate the daily operations of a worksite to ensure a high level of performance and compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Skills Required:
- Qualification in Engineering or Construction- Building background required- Healthcare experience preferred- Success in delivery of quality builds on time and within budget.- Sound knowledge of building procedures and practices, building regulations and ability to read and interpret plans, permits and contracts.- High level of interpersonal, communication and people skills.- High attention to detail, excellent Organisational and time management skills with problem solving ability.
