A creative person who can write a punchy caption, nurture a lead, and get a room prepped and sparkling before class?You might be our person.We’re looking for a **Studio Coordinator + Marketing & Sales Assistant** to join the STRONG crew. This is a hybrid role with a little bit of everything — operations, admin, content creation, sales, and community building. You'll even be the go-to for our amazing studio ambassadors.

**To apply, you must live in the Sutherland Shire and have at least 1 year experience in marketing.** Local legends only.

**What You’ll Be Doing: Studio Operations & Admin (Mon-Fri)**
- Open & close the studio - towels out, lights on, music up
- Clean and reset the space - mop, vacuum, mirrors, bathrooms, and equipment
- Restock essentials and manage supplies
- Help manage class schedules, instructor covers and team updates
- Handle front desk admin: bookings, member enquiries, cancellations and payments
- Keep systems like Hapana Core & Grow up to date and flowing smoothly

**Marketing, Content & Community Support**
- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Snap and edit studio photos/videos for social media
- Help organise and promote studio events, launches and campaigns
- Bring ideas to the table that reflect our brand, energy and values
- **Manage our STRONG ambassadors** - support them with communication, expectations, and content ideas to help spread the vibe

**Sales & Lead Nurturing**
- Responsible for converting leads into memberships
- Build relationships and help move people from curious to committed
- Understand and confidently explain offers, challenges, and memberships
- Keep our CRM clean and current with lead info, progress and follow-ups
- Support community growth and retention through connection

**Ad Hoc Weekend Support (Events Only)**
- Jump in to help at open days, launches, community events and member celebrations

- You’re clean, organised and love a studio that looks & feels amazing
- You’re creative and confident on social media
- You’re comfortable speaking to people, following up leads and making them feel at home
- You’re a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.95 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
