**About the Role**:
We are looking for an **experienced and passionate gardener **to join our team in **Engadine, NSW, 2233**. This role involves vegetable planting, trimming, weeding, hedging, and maintaining front and back gardens. The gardener must also have the tools for the services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic gardening tasks, including mowing, weeding, and trimming.
- Focus on specific areas of the garden based on the client’s preferences and needs.
- Ensure the garden and yard are maintained to a safe and presentable standard.
- Collaborate with the client to accommodate any special requests or areas needing extra attention.

**Requirements**:

- Own tools required
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or yard maintenance.
- Ability to work independently, following the client’s specific instructions and preferences.
- Strong communication skills to ensure clear and friendly interaction with the client.
- Understanding of NDIS processes (an advantage but not mandatory).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and respectful of the client’s property and privacy.
