**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Sustainability Reporting Manager is a critical permanent role responsible for ESG performance tracking and verification, the lead role regarding climate and nature risk assessments, and ensuring ESG and sustainability reporting is aligned to global frameworks.
- **Drive Sustainability Strategy**:Partner closely with the Head of Sustainability to propel the development and implementation of strategy.
- **Lead ESG Reporting program**: Lead the development and implementation of ESG reporting, aligning with global reporting frameworks.
- **ESG Performance Verification**: Oversee the ESG performance verification program in collaboration with experts across Nature, Climate, Welfare, People & Culture, Customer Relations, and First Nations.
- **Sustainability Initiatives**:Play a key role in broader initiatives and programs that overall enhance of the effectiveness of the program.
- **Financial Management**:Collaborate with finance to ensure Sustainability Reports aligns with Annual Financials, while assisting with relevant budget prep, financial analysis, and reporting on relevant metrics.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Engage with internal stakeholders, maintaining positive working relationships and driving support for sustainability initiatives.
