**The Role**
- Generate leads and create a pipeline of new business opportunities within technology or engineering markets.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Stay abreast of market and industry changes, representing MAP TALENT at events and within the wider community.

**Who You Are**
- Experienced in recruitment, with a keen interest or background in Information Technology (desirable but not essential).
- Motivated by the opportunity to control your earning potential with our uncapped commission structure.
- A proven track record of successful billings and a desire to build your own business from the ground up.
- Resilient, with an outstanding work ethic, and a competitive mindset aimed at being the best.
- Eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, Permanent Resident, or holding an approved Defacto Visa).
- Open to sponsorship for those meeting Australian requirements.
