We are currently seeking dedicated male disability support workers to join our team in Redlands Bay, QLD.

Our client is a wonderful individual diagnosed with an intellectual disability resulting from a hypoxic birth injury, as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Despite facing challenges in cognitive functioning and intellectual abilities, our client has a vibrant personality and a keen interest in connecting with others.

We are in need of male Support workers for the below shifts:
**Shift 1**:
**Week 1**:
Saturday: 9:00am to 3:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am t 5:00pm

**Week 2**:
Wednesday: 9:00am to 3:00pm

Saturday: 5:00pm to 10:00pm; Sleepover 10:00pm to 6:00am

Sunday: 6:00am to 9:00am

**Shift 2**:
**Week 1**:
Sunday: 5:00pm to 10:00pm; Sleepover 10:00pm to 6:00am

**Week 2**:
Monday: 6:00am to 9:00am

Tuesday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm; Sleepover 10:00pm to 6:00am

Wednesday: 6:00am to 9:00am

Thursday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm; Sleepover 10:00pm to 6:00am

Friday: 6:00am to 9:00am

Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, fostering social interaction, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

**Requirements**:

- Experience supporting clients with intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR

All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
