Based in Reservoir, HLS is a young, fast growing commercial laundry that solely services the linen and laundry needs of Victoria's accommodation industry. We are a family-owned business, that has an unwavering focus on keeping things fun, friendly and fair for our entire team We are now looking for new members to join our growing team on a casual or full-time basis to assist with cleaning and laundry duties between 10am-5pm (and possibly more depending on your availability) **Why You Want To Work Here** - We will invest in your development, working closely alongside our supervisors, team leaders and other laundry staff who will support you along the way. - Have regular check-ins in your first 3 months and ongoing where you can provide us with feedback and help ensure we are doing the best we can to support your development and well-being. - You will be rewarded for the hard work you put in. We have regular performance and pay reviews and there will be the opportunity to progress into a team leadership position. - There will be flexibility in shift times and we will do our best to provide the hours you are looking for. **About You** - Although you have a proven ability to work autonomously, you still want to feel part of a team. You enjoy working towards team goals and make an effort to assist anyone who needs a helping hand. - You may have experience working in a physical role, which is because you enjoy work that is active and hands-on. However, you might be looking for a role which doesn't require as much heavy lifting but still has an element of physicality. - You are reliable and punctual, meaning you are someone the rest of your team can always rely upon **About the Role** Working closely with our supervisors, team leaders and other members of staff you will get exposure across our different departments and add significant value by: - Sorting and correctly arranging linen that arrives to the plant - Learning how to operate the plant machinery involved in the washing and finishing process - Quality checking to identify any linen that is damaged or needs to be re-washed - Folding and preparing linen ready for dispatch back to our customers. - Helping to maintain the highest standard of linen quality, plant cleanliness, and safety **Selection Criteria** We aren’t looking for someone who has prior laundry working experience. What we are after is someone who has a strong work ethic and is comfortable with physical work. **What Next
