We’re looking for a Laundry Assistant to join us on a permanent part time basis.

**Some of the ways you’ll make a difference**:

- Liaising with residents and families about their laundry requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve our laundry services for our residents
- Provide customer service and understanding of tailoring your approach with a different approach

**To help you achieve this, ideally you’ll have**:

- Knowledge and skills with using laundry equipment
- Awareness of Quality Management systems and requirement to comply
- Previous experience working with older people is desirable
