**How you will make an impact**:
As a key person who will be assisting the business deliver its strategic goals which the impact of your work could directly impact 10,000’s of Australian lives and shaping the future of self-directed management.
**Who you will be working with**:
Working for the Client Collections Team Supervisor you will be joining the Collections Team in Supporting clients, Providers and Funding Organisations to resolve the barriers to payment.
**What will I be doing?**:
- Solve problems related to claiming payments through NDIS/HCP funding
- Process incoming communications concerning invoicing.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the Disability and Aged Care sectors.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce.
- Provide support across multiple roles within Finance when required.
- Manage escalated payment issues directly with plan managers and consumers
- Focusing on funding issues, disputes and fraud
- Assisting with NDIS Cap Rate issues and changeovers when required
- Assisting with the Accounts Inbox when required
- Support consumers with complex payment issues and disputes.
**What are we looking for?**:
- 2+ years experience in either Accounts Receivable, NDIS Plan Management,
- Support Coordination or the Disability sector (with exposure to payments).
- Knowledge of NDIS funding (desirable).
- Intermediate Excel skills would be advantageous
- Exceptional problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle escalations in an efficient, empathic manner
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to build exceptional relationships with customers, colleagues and Disability/Aged Care Providers.
