We’re looking for a passionate **Team Leader** to join our Beverage, Gaming & Guest Services team. As a key member of our leadership group, you’ll set the standard for service excellence and lead by example, ensuring our members and guests enjoy memorable experiences every time they visit.

**About the Role**
As a Team Leader, you’ll:

- Lead and support frontline staff across beverage, gaming and guest services operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Monitor RSA and RCG compliance and support team training.
- Manage staffing levels, rosters, and shift coverage.
- Oversee stock control, POS accuracy, and daily reporting.
- Ensure all facilities and equipment are operational and maintained.
- Uphold WH&S standards and Club policies.
- Step in for Supervisor shifts when required.

**What You’ll Bring**
**Essential Qualifications**:

- RSA & RCG
- Advanced RCG
- First Aid & CPR
- AML/CTF Compliance Certificate

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong leadership and delegation abilities
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Cash handling and POS troubleshooting
- Time management and training delivery

**Additional Requirements**:

- Availability for shift work, including weekends and evenings
