**About the opportunity**

Reporting to the Strategy Lead - My Aged Care (MyAC) this role will be responsible for the

review of training deliverables, training reporting and will support the My Aged Care Capability

team. The Training Support Officer will also contribute to the day-to-day management of the

contact centre knowledge management system. Additional tasks include but are not limited to:

- Support the Workforce Capability Analyst to assess and improve existing training material.
- Support the Workforce Capability Analyst to develop new training material.
- Work closely with the Operations Analyst to maintain feedback and processes in the knowledge management system (KMS).
- Manage the delivery of reporting related to training outcomes.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of all My Aged Care system users.
- Analyse data to identify business and process improvements and develop solutions.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, get involved in the detail and be ‘hands on’ in the day-to-day delivery of training to the My Aged Care contact centre.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in development, delivering and assessment of training material efficacy.
- Experience in documenting operational processes.
- Experience working with or in a contact centre environment.
- Must have experience delivering in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven experience meeting critical deadlines.
