Well established technology and communications business based in North Sydney with nationwide operations is seeking for an experienced Finance Analyst to join their team one of the most attractive offices in the city.

**Your new role**

As a Finance Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of a strategic divestment initiative in the company, largely focusing on the cash flows and billing in relation to the transition and eventual separation of the divested business, both before and after the divestment occurs.

You will additionally be providing end-to-end analytical support to the Transition and Separation team while working in collaboration with the teams of Finance, HR, Operations and Technology. This position will report to the Program Manager leading the Transition and Separation work stream.

Your duties will include:

- Assisting with month-end activities that support the accurate billing and settlement of cash flows.
- Assisting with the definition and setup of transitional Finance processes such as general accounting, finance control, accounts payable and fixed assets.
- Monitoring and managing the payments and billing processes.
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders.

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- Effective presentation and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a project focused analytical role would be preferred
