Are you an experienced Instructional Designer looking to broaden your experience as an L&D professional? **The Role**:
Cater Care is currently seeking a full-time eLearning Partner - to join our L&D team. Ideally, the role is based out of our Parramatta office and will be responsible for servicing our business across Australia. This exciting opportunity suits an up-and-coming Instructional Designer passionate about creating quality learning outcomes. Your experience in the hospitality industry will be highly regarded as you will be partnering with hospitality professionals of all levels. This role provides an opportunity for further development of your career in eLearning and L&D with our growing organisation and reports to the Group Learning & Development Manager.

**Salary**:$75,000-$85,000 base (depending on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review, develop and maintain educational assets by partnering with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to set benchmarks and best practice.
- Partner with the business to determine skills gaps and training needs
- Update, rebrand, re-format, improve and standardise training content and assessment material.
- Deploy your knowledge of adult learning principles to collaborate with the L&D team and recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end-user experience,
- Develop learning solutions including Face to Face, virtual, digital (eLearning) and blended learning
- Use your experience with eLearning authorware and other tools to create best-practice learning materials.
- Utilise your LMS knowledge to improve reporting capabilities, to assist with planning and managing the company’s learning and development initiatives.
- Analyse the effectiveness of learning solutions and how they add value to the Cater Care business. Support the design and implementation of a new LMS system.

**Key Skills**:

- Design and development using authoring programs such as Articulate Storyline.
- Working knowledge of LMS and/or HRIS systems.
- Experience developing face to face and virtual training with a solid knowledge of learning design principles.
- Instructional Design qualifications or equivalent demonstrated skills
- Cert IV in Training, eLearning, XAPI or relevant knowledge/qualifications (desirable).
- Relevant hospitality industry experience
- i.e. Food Safety and Hygiene (desirable).
- Flexibility and strong time management.
- Attention to detail and proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Driver's licence and own transport with the ability to travel is essential.
