**Hamilton's Education & Care** are recruiting on behalf of a lovely community-based provider of long day care in the Hawkesbury
- Richmond area who provides quality care and education for children 6 weeks to school age as an extended hours preschool.

You will be joining a friendly and inclusive team and instill reflective practice within a 36-place extended hours preschool operating 7.30am-6.00pm, 50 weeks of the year. They are committed to the care and early childhood education of each and every child.

- Established Not for profit community managed provider - Exceeding NQS rating
- Their philosophy centers around nurturing the confidence and development of children through guidance from knowledgeable educators
- Collaborate and partner with a fantastic Director and dedicated team of educator professionals to provide a program for the children that reflects the guiding principles of the EYLF, NQF and NQS. You will contribute and assist in leading the educational program by designing and developing learning environments that are supported with appropriate and innovative documentation

**About the Role**:

- Work as a key member of the Centre to contribute to professional and positive work culture.
- Guide fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs that help children to achieve learning outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded.
- Nurture and develop team members so they confidently contribute to our children’s learning.
- Engage in and contribute to professional development.
- You will be working in either the Nursery with up to 7 children aged 0-2yrs or Preschool room with children aged 3-5yrs.
