What is the role?
You will contribute to WEX Australia's continued reputation in the market as leaders in customer service by ensuring the first time resolution of any customer queries.
As part of a strong and supportive team that puts our customers first, you’ll deliver an exceptional level of customer service as well as reaching customer satisfaction targets.
We have both permanent and fixed term positions available working Monday to Friday between (8:30am - 8:00pm) on a rotating roster, with work on public holidays.
What you’ll be doing:
- Communicate with customers verbally via telephone calls and in writing regarding account/transaction queries
- Review complaints concerning billing or service rendered and escalate as required
- Educate customers regarding procedures, costs and restrictions
- Cancel, reissue and maintain customer accounts as required
- Maintain accurate records and associated documentation within the card management system
- Actively participate in work and quality improvement programs
- Actively promote the WEX products.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience working in a customer service capacity
- Demonstrated ability to work towards SLA and KPI targets
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to administrative requirements
- Good multitasking ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service values
- Computer literacy - Windows & MS Office tools including Gmail
