**What this opportunity involves**:
The Workplace Management GEO Lead will actively engage with the Work Dynamics Regional/Geography Business Leaders, Account management leadership, all Global Operations functions and Client FM SPOC (as appropriate) in order to advance operational excellence, drive innovation in service delivery, ensure the adoption of best practices, advance talent development/recruitment, resolve issues impacting client relationships and account profitability, and support the regional solutions development and product teams.

You will also play the role of the Integrator across Workplace Management functions for their specific geography (FM/HX/Engineering) and have dot line responsibility for HSSE, ESS and REM’s) teams within their geography, providing a unified voice and representation to the Accounts organization. This Geo role will provide direct leadership to the FM, and HX resources in the GEO and indirect leadership to the REM’s, HSSE & ESS teams within the Geo, holding them accountable to aligned strategy, priorities and requirements for their specific Geo. This role will help leverage these resources to deliver scale through Products and Programs, support new growth and expansion, and address account issues and challenges within their specific Geo as appropriate. This is a pivotal role for the success of the Global Ops function in the Geo and will help drive alignment and consistency in communication, results, prioritization, follow through and outcomes.

You will in sit on their specific Geo leadership team (ie AUS LT) partner with the Division Presidents, GAE’s and AD’s and their extended team across other functions in representing Workplace Management and Global Ops in this forum. The time devoted to pursuing these goals is anticipated to be allocated in the following manner:

- Operating Excellence, Innovation, Quality and Performance - 25%
- Issue Resolution/Troubleshooting - 10%
- Talent Recruitment and Development - 25%
- Solutions Development Support - up to 40%

Additional duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to

Account Management
Deliver solutions that will enable account management to accomplish its operating goals and objectives for Workplace Management, with a particular focus on driving technology/digitization and sustainability in service delivery.
Play the integrator role across Workplace Management, including HSSE & ESS in representation to the Accounts Leadership.
Understand the goals and objectives for accounts in their respective Geo.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Workplace Management or Account Baseline Process, Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures to include Key Controls to mitigate risk to the Firm.
Develop governance programs to ensure compliance.
Assess the Workplace Management account team performance; suggest tools, training, processes and resources that will bridge performance gaps; assist in arranging the resources that will improve operational excellence; and follow up with the account management teams on their progress in implementin
