**About the Role**

You'll join our specialised unit combining SEO, AI, and emerging search-technology expertise, designed to help our clients stay ahead in the generative / answer engine era. As a GEO Manager, your mission is to lead GEO & AEO optimisations.

You will:

- Interpret the fragmenting search landscape (AI/agents/answer surfaces etc.), helping clients understand what is changing and what it takes to win.
- Design, run and scale AEO & GEO optimisations in collaboration with the team.
- Help build out new tools, processes, and playbooks that power our GEO / AI-driven product offerings.
- Own client GEO / AEO programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with strategic vision.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-create strategy for AI-driven search surfaces (agentic AI, chat, answer engines).
- Translate emerging trends into client-ready scenarios.
- Lead / support AEO & GEO experiments to test hypothesis, measure impact, iterate fast.
- Use insights from AI models, search behaviour, prompt engineering etc., in GEO recommendation work.
- Liaise with tech / data / AI teams to feed in requirements for GEO tools & dashboards.
- Help evolve tooling to better capture GEO insights.
- Manage client expectations, deliverables, reporting tied to GEO + AI paths.
- Present to senior client stakeholders on how AI + GEO intersect, what ROI can be expected, what the roadmap looks like.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong SEO foundation, plus direct experience (or strong understanding) of generative search, answer engines, chat AI, prompt influence etc.
- Demonstrated experience with AEO, GEO or similar
- Good ability to work closely with data / AI teams; ability to interpret AI / ML / search experiment outputs.
- Communication skills to explain both technical and strategic ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
