**The Opportunity**:
Come and join our team We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker to support our clients located in Craigieburn and Fawkner. You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
- Domestic Assistance and cleaning

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Drivers Licence, reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain

**What shifts are we offering?**:

- Monday 5pm-8pm Personal Care -Craigieburn
- Tuesday 5pm-8pm Personal Care -Craigieburn
- Wednesday 4pm-6pm (every second week) Domestic Assistance -Craigieburn
- Thursday 11am-2.30pm Domestic Assistance and Personal Care -Fawkner
- Sunday 9am-12pm Personal Care -Craigieburn
