**About the Role**
UGL have a permanent ongoing opportunity for a
** Site Administrator** to work on an LNG project in Karratha. This role is a permanent position for a
**About You**
As a key member of the Project team you will report directly to the Project Director and your responsibilities will include:
- Timely and accurate recording of meeting minutes
- Site office support, accurate data entry, filing and daily diary management
- Managing and updating the notice boards daily and weekly communications
- Providing general administrative support and assistance to the site team as directed
- Managing rosters, including data entry and record checking
- Organise and manage flight bookings and camp accommodation
- Distribution and collection of daily personnel and equipment timesheets
- Actively participate in any other required tasks to fulfil delivery of contract requirements as required from time to time
**Required Qualifications and Experience**
To be successful in this position, you must possess resource industry experience along with:
- 4 years’ experience in a similar administration role
- Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
