**Job Description**:
Regional Quality Manager - Residential Aged Care
- Permanent Full-Time opportunity
- Sydney Metro & NSW Central Coast Region

Manage the clinical and accreditation auditing program for an allocated Residential Aged Care region, identify improvement areas to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

This role will be joining our established Clinical Governance and Safe Care team on a permanent full-time basis compromising a team of 6 Regional Quality Managers. You will cover a portfolio of Residential Aged Care Homes within a specific region across Sydney Metropolitan and NSW Central Coast.

Reporting to the Quality & Standards Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting timely, accurate and comprehensive audits of quality of care standards and pre-accreditation assessments for an allocated RAC region.
- Tracking and analysing high impact, high clinical risk, and clinical indicators.
- Recommending and supporting quality of care improvements to address identified non-compliance.
- Providing onsite support and coaching to Home Leadership Teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- At least 5 years full time experience in a clinical field within the aged care industry
- Expert knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, risk analysis and Aged Care/NDIS compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coach others.
- Ability to drive operational performance and change management to meet targets.

As this role will involve frequent travelling to our Homes across NSW and SE QLD, a valid driver’s license and own motor vehicle is essential.
