We have an excellent & rare opportunity for a Product Specialist - Workday Security to join our Group People Digital team in our Mascot Office on a permanent basis.

Key accountabilities:
- Configuration of the system (Workday) to ensure confidential or sensitive information is directed appropriately, according to correct approval/company policy- Lead Workday Security innovation within Workday HCM, Learning, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Recruitment & Onboarding modules for the Qantas Group-
- Lead periodic user access reviews and data purging activities- Mentor & support junior analyst on technical skills (EIBs, Workday tasks, integrations and analytics)- Represent People Digital team at internal cross functional project teams- Support the roll out of innovation initiatives across the organisation related to Workday (Job Architecture, Talent Marketplace, CareerHub, Machine Learning)- Build relationships with functional owners and project stakeholders to undertake analysis as required- Project management for Workday innovation initiatives- Lead business requirements gathering process, document changes, and manage stakeholder sign-off process- Measure, monitor and improve Workday processes and functional effectiveness to drive a great employee experience- Manage UAT for all functional / technical changes to Workday and other related systems as appropriate- Develop and execute communication plan for users and supports functional change impact of new system releases or business improvement changes

We are keen to hear from you if you have:
- An ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders globally- Workday configuration experience in at least one of the following areas: Workday HCM, Business Process configuration, Learning, Performance, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent, Report Writer, Dashboards and Analytics- Prior Workday implementation experience in a large, complex organisation would be advantageous- End-to-end and regression testing and defect logging experience- Exceptional attention to detail, and data analytic experience- Business/HR/IT related degree- An ability to work independently and are self-driven- Technical experience working with another HRIS, ATS and/or LMS (preferably as a type of super user)- Workday experience preferred, but not essential- An auditing background would be advantageous as this role will require decision-making according to policies and security processes- Proficiency in Excel and reporting of data extracted from Workday
