**Your Role**:

- Deliver client-centred, evidence-informed support across a varied caseload (NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, private, and community programs)
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop tailored support or intervention plans
- Provide counselling, case management, and advocacy to empower clients to achieve their goals
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress notes in line with professional standards

**What You Bring**:

- **Tertiary qualification in Social Work** (or nearing completion)
- **Eligibility for registration with the AASW**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
