**About the role**
The Scheduler (entry level) is responsible for the preparation and management of Integrated Project Master Schedules (IMS) and resultant management information for External Maintenance Availabilities (EMA’s) and Maintenance Window Opportunities (MWO’s).
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Develop or assist in developing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Key Dates Schedules (KDS) for EMA’s, MWO’s, URDEF, and continuous maintenance;
- Develop or assist in developing detail activities as per approved maintenance work lists (MWL), Technical Repaire Specifications (TRS), subcontractor input, and with appropriate milestones, task breakdown, sequence logic, calendars, resources and complete set of associated codes and attributes;
- Adhere to the approved schedule architecture, processes, procedures, and scheduling ‘rules’ to ensure cohesive, integrated, and consistent schedules within the program and across all AIP’s;
- Work closely with Platform, Combat, Delivery & Program Controls teams from early planning to production and close-out in line with Client and management expectations; and
- Support Program, Project, and Production Managers with the review of contingency and risk.
**About you**
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work as an effective team member;
- Strong ethics and integrity; and
- Willing to learn and develop.
Essential
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Familiar with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or Open Project Professional (OPP); and
- Intermediate skills in Excel.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management and systems; and
- Familiar with Power Query and Power BI for data analysis and visualisation.
Essential Compliance Requirements
- Must either hold, or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance; and
- Construction Induction Card (White Card).
