We're searching for a talented and motivated **Product**Manager - Firmware**to join our team and help us revolutionize how people experience sleep.

**Your Mission**:
As a Product Manager at ResMed ensure that we (in this order): 1) build the right thing; 2) build it right; and 3) build it fast. You'll be the brains behind our device firmware, shaping the future of therapy and comfort modes. You'll own the product roadmap, collaborating with our cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive product innovation.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Champion the User**:Deeply understand user needs and translate them into innovative firmware solutions that enhance therapy effectiveness and comfort.
- **Drive Product Evolution**:Continuously analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and lead the development of new features and functionalities.
- **Collaborate and Influence**:Work closely with engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and launch execution.
- **Deliver Results**:Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring your firmware delivers both exceptional user experiences and business value.
