This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of Respect's retirement living strategy and oversee associated operations.

We are looking for an experienced Retirement Living Executive for our Retirement Living division.

Respect is a rapidly growing, not-for-profit, progressive, and purpose-driven comprehensive aged care and retirement living provider that operates across Tasmania, Victoria, and New South Wales.

Respect offers flexible work arrangements including the opportunity to work from home. This position can therefore be based in Tasmania, Victoria or New South Wales.

The Chief of Retirement Living will be responsible for the overall execution of the retirement living strategy, and the management and success of the retirement living division. The Chief of Retirement Living will design and deliver strategic and operational plans and be accountable for the success of the division including resident satisfaction, the achievement of business growth and revenue targets, and oversight of property management and development. The role will also be accountable for compliance with all relevant legislative requirements.

**Requirements**:
**What you can bring to the role**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification/s with at least five years of experience at an executive level in a commercially run retirement living organisation or related industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the retirement living sector with demonstrated understanding of contemporary practices and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Experience in complex program management including strategic planning, goal implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience providing leadership to employees from a range of professional backgrounds to deliver budget and performance outcomes.
- Highly developed communication and relationship management skills together with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with stakeholders.
- Highly developed organisational skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and within tight timeframes.
- Highly developed computer skills including the use of contemporary IT systems.
