**Role Description**:

- Creation and maintenance of data orchestration pipeline Including build/test/CI/infrastructure scripts, monitoring, logging
- Supporting team and stakeholders, both in development and test environments
- Continually learning and delivering best practices and tooling for Data delivery initiatives
- Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to Process and Procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance)

**Experience**:

- 12+ years in data engineering
- Developing and managing Data solutions
- Technical expertise with data models, data pipeline orchestration techniques /tools
- Source code management and branching solution (Git)
- Jenkins/Hudson experience (or similar CI tools)
- Working knowledge of Cloud environments

**Highly desirable**:

- Strong hand-on experience on Could technologies
- Strong knowledge on any RDBMS Database
- Expertise in PowerBI reporting
- knowledge on Control-M and UNIX / Python adds value

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Supporting the build team (Dev and Test) to be self-sustained through training and troubleshooting
- Continually learning and developing best practices and tooling for Data delivery
- Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to Process and Procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance)
