Reporting to the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the vehicle delivery process to our customers. You will embody the highest standards of customer service, attention to detail and excellence in presentation to enhance the customer experience.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Coordinating the delivery of vehicles from point of sale to hand over
- Demonstration of vehicle features
- Completing vehicle registrations
- Completing administration of deal packs including post-delivery requirements
- Establish and develop strong relationships with all internal sales departments
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Cheerful and welcoming demeanour
- Experience in a client facing / customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Consistently punctual and reliable
- Conscientious and self-motivated with a strong eye for detail
- A current full NSW Driver's License and sound driving record
- Committed to providing exemplary customer service and always willing to go the extra mile
