**About the role**

Rarely does the opportunity arise to lead in a newly designed home focused on providing the best quality of care possible. We are looking for someone to inspire person centred service excellence, drive revenue and build workforce capacity while ensuring our residents wellbeing and happiness are at the centre of all we do.

As Service Manager in our 24/7 operational facility reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, no two days are the same, you’ll lead your team to success delivering optimum service delivery care standards, empowering the clinical, operations and business support teams on the ground, whilst fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration and care.

You’ll have patience, and the ability to balance both the big picture with the myriad of small details that build to create quality.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline along with AHPRA registration is highly valued
- Importantly, the ability to be the calm in the storm, coach and develop others and build your teams capability
- Leadership and change management experience in a similar 24/7 operational environment
- Excellent report writing and business case preparation experience
- A high level of resilience, with the ability to manage key decision making under pressure
- Demonstrated experience implementing regulatory change and strategic direction into daily operational environments
- Extensive and well-developed communication skills across a diverse range of interest groups, stakeholders, residents and team members
- Financial management experience in delivering results within budget and targets
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
