We are on the lookout for a Department Manager for our Sunshine Plaza store

As a Department Manager at H&M, you will spend 80% of your time where it all happens - on the shop floor. You are responsible for supporting the sales & profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver the best customer experience in line with your store. You act in line with our values, always with the mindset of everyone is a leader no matter what your role is at H&M, what you do is as important as how you do it.

A day in the life of a Department Manager at H&M
- Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service
- Promoting our Hello Member program to drive engagement, creating meaningful relationships and providing customer insight
- Collaborate with the store Visual team to create an inspiring and exciting customer experience
- Training and developing your Sales Advisor team through promoting our feedback culture
- Actively promoting our sustainability vision to both your team and customers

Your skills:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business
- The ability to analyze figures and formulate plans to maximize sales
- The motivation to drive ambitions and reach business & personal goals
- Previous leadership experience with proven sales success & team development (Ideally 1 year)
