**Competitive Salary Range**

The average total comp (cash + bonus) for this role in the Sydney market is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. + Startup Equity.

The Account Management team is responsible for Ignition’s long term revenue growth, retention, and customer partnership channel in the APAC region. The Account Management team is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and is the core relationship point for our customers with the company, and a large revenue driver. The Account Management team is also a channel for customers to provide input into the future development of the product, manage customer queries, and transition new clients into product champions.

**Seniority - Junior -** A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation, and ability to learn. Typically less than 2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
- Account Retention and Expansion - Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions.

**Salary**: $100,760.00 - $120,820.00 per year
