The People Support Team is the central point of contact for Lifeblood’s People & Culture support. This role supports the People Operations Manager with the day-to-day operational leadership of the people support team. Key to this role is developing strong stakeholder relationships and partnering with the business to ensure the people support team is delivering high quality service to employees and managers.

The People Support Team Leader will play a meaningful role as a people leader, leading and driving high employee engagement through coaching, mentoring and development. This role will focus on delivering continuous improvement activity, best practise HR processes, governance, monthly reporting and leading through change.

Effectively lead, manage, and coach team members with a focus on productivity, team engagement and retention.

Lead key employee lifecycle activities with a focus on continuous improvement and fit for purpose outcomes.

Build strong relationships with the People Leader community. Influence, coach and support our people leaders to achieve their operational and people objectives.

Plan and manage the workflow and case management allocation across the team, through full and comprehensive queue management. Monitor the case management system to ensure cases meet the agreed service standards.

Act as the escalation point for complex investigations, high risk cases and recommended resolutions to senior leaders as required
