**About the role**

In this rewarding role, you’ll make a real difference in the lives of older Australians by supporting them to continue living independently in the comfort of their own homes. If you’re passionate about making a positive impact and are available on Weekends across Perth Southern Suburbs or Peel Region, we’d love to hear from you
- As part of your role, you will assist with:

- Accessing the community - shopping, activities, and appointments
- Personal cares, including showering and self-care
- Domestic assistance
- Supporting mobility and transfers
- Assisting with medication
- Providing meaningful companionship and social support, helping clients feel connected and live a fulfilling life at home

**About you**

You’re passionate about empowering older Australians to maintain their independence and live confidently in their own homes. You bring empathy, reliability, and strong communication skills, along with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
- In addition, you will have:

- Certificate III in Aged/Community/Disability Care
- Full Working Rights
- Excellent communication skills, including literacy and numeracy skills
- A current Driver’s License
- A roadworthy vehicle registered in WA and covered by Third-Party insurance
- Previous experience working as a community support worker is highly desired, but not essential
- Weekend Availability is essential
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
