Seeking: Dental Assistant

We are looking for a new staff member to join our clinic to help us expand and grow our practice. We specialise in high quality patient care and experience. Experience preferred but not necessary. Applicants are considered based on enthusiasm and right fit. Experience in the industry helps.

**HD DENTAL STUDIO** is an **Accredited **practice located in Mount Gravatt. Our professional team are committed to provide all our patients with the satisfaction of knowing they will receive quality service in a friendly and caring environment. We have been established for over 30 years and offer a wide variety of modern comprehensive dental services that include Preventative, Restorative, Orthodontics, Invisalign, Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry to many local families.

**About the role**:
Position is available due to ongoing growth.

We have an opportunity available for the right person that wish to join a growing team. We are looking for a dental assistant. The role is primarily dental assisting but one is expected to be an all rounder and help out where necessary. Reception work expected as well.

The position will start as a Casual with a potential to look into converting to a Permanent role.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in both reception and dental assisting preferred
- Applicants with the right attitude
- Communication skills
- Understanding of infection control and sterilisation

- Goals and detail oriented.

**Expected hours**:
Must be able to work on Tuesday and start at 7:30am. We open late on Wednesday so availability on a Wednesday night will help. Initially looking at 15~20 hours per week, and aiming to build to 20+ hrs per week. Hours may vary to begin with depending on business needs. Normal office hours throughout the week from 8am to 5pm and one to two late finishes at 7pm.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mount Gravatt, QLD 4122: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Application Question(s):

- Must be able to work Tuesday and start at 7:30am.

Must be able to work late night up to 2 nights a week. 6pm-7:30pm finish time.
Availability minimum Monday and Tuesday. Any other day of the week is helpful.
- Must be flexible with hours to begin with. Hours will vary throughout the week depending on business needs. Ideally working towards 3 days per week.
