**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the practice overall through technical and management support to the wider design team
- Support the delivery of strategic design projects
- Manage workflow scheduling, project management, and team development
- Initiate and assist with business development, execute key stakeholder management, and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in recruitment processes to develop team as the practice grows
