**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Manage and review ministerial and agency documents (briefing notes, reports, memos, parliamentary briefs, etc) on behalf of the CEO, including content and quality control.
- Coordinate document flow in the CEO's Office for the annual parliamentary budget estimates process or other national level meetings including preparation of the final briefing packs for the CEO and/or TIQ's Executive Leadership team.
- Provide administrative and advisory support to the CEO regarding incoming correspondence and preparation for meetings.
- Provide written and verbal advice and communications on strategy and reporting activities to high-level stakeholders including Ministers, the TIQ Board and TIQ senior management.
- Prepare and/or co-ordinate reports, ministerial correspondence, board information papers, submissions, briefing notes and correspondence on a range of corporate issues.
- Identify and implement business improvement initiatives and innovative approaches to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships and communication strategies, protocols, stakeholder negotiation and liaison activities with other public sector organisations.
- Support the Manager and Director with special projects as required.
