We are on the lookout for passionate and talented individuals to join our dynamic team as Front of House.

**Job Description: Front of House Team Members**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Take orders and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Prepare and serve cocktails and provide wine recommendations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experiences

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a front of house role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in preparing and serving cocktails, and providing wine recommendations
- Qualification needs to have an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A passion for customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
