Regional Manager - NSW (Removal Services) - Parramatta

The Opportunity

Toll Group are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to our Government & Defence team in Parramatta NSW. As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for all human, physical, and financial resources associated with providing Removal Services to Defence members, including the day-to-day performance and management of providers. This role will lead a team of 4 Transitions Consultants, 1 Transitions Services Manager and 1 Administrator.

As the Regional Manager, you will:

- Develop strong relationships with providers, establishing mechanisms of review and promote innovative solutions to ensure the successful delivery of contract requirements.
- Be accountable for the reporting of provider WHS incidents, safety conversations and initiate programs to drive reporting, addressing safety incidents and accidents.
- Ensure all organisational and statutory regulations in relation to compliance and safety are implemented and adhered to by providers and Toll staff.
- Develop & implement strategic leadership plans to Toll staff.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth removal processes and resolve any issues that may arise.

About you:

- An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (required for government clearances)
- Proven experience in a management position, experience in related fields highly regarded
- Excellent personnel management and leadership skills, possessing cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and effective decision-making skills, with a keen focus on continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Current C Class drivers licence
