**Shangri-La Sydney is looking for skilled Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Lobby Lounge team. As an F&B Attendant, your responsibilities include**:

- Is aware of and observes the requirements of the liquor act as they relate to the Hotel and Lobby Lounge.
- Display a high degree of professional product knowledge.
- Presents menus to guests, suggesting food and beverage items and answering any questions regarding products the Hotel sells.
- Records guest orders and places with the bar/kitchen.
- Anticipate and accommodate guest needs
- Obtains necessary equipment for service, according to established procedures and services orders to guests, observing proper flow of service and the time requirements of the guest.
- Performs other duties as requested by the Food & Beverage Management team.

**About You**
- Experience in Hotel or Bar environments.
- Customer service experience in a similar setting
- Excellent communication skills in reading and writing English.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in as Food & beverage Attendant
- Understanding of workplace practices in Work Health and Safety Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
