**What's your role?**

Please note this role as a 12 month fixed term contract.

**What will your day look like?**

The role covers the following main areas:

- Merchandising copy - Write compelling copy that explains the value of Bupa products to customers.
- Content quality management - Ensure all content is accurate, and in line with Bupa’s voice and tone, brand and UX guidelines.
- User-centred content design - Carry out user research, testing and optimisation to create evidence based, customer-centric content.

Yourgoal is to build helpful, compelling sales experiences across Bupa, to make it easy for people find and choose the right Bupa products for their needs.

**What will you bring?**
- At least 2-3 years of experience in copywriting, content design or communications.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, writing, journalism, or a similar field.
- A strong team player with sharp attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and strong organisational and time management skills.
- Sound knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and UX fundamentals.
- Outstanding grammar, editing, and writing skills.
