You’ll provide **person-centred support** to adults and children living with disabilities, empowering them to live fulfilling, independent lives. From **daily living assistance** and **emotional support** to **recreational planning** and **household tasks**, you'll be at the heart of their journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and medication management.
- Facilitate and encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
- Document care activities accurately and promptly.
- Remain calm, responsive, and effective in emergencies or challenging situations.

**Requirements**:(Or willingness to obtain - support provided)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- QLD Working with Children Check (Employee status)
- Current CPR & First Aid certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence + own reliable vehicle
