**The Role**

This is a part time position on the following days:
Wednesday and Thursday 10-4pm

Saturday 10-2pm

And is suitable for someone who is motivated, has a passion for helping others and is dedicated to providing top quality customer service.
- Provide frame styling and lens advice to our patients
- Enjoy a diverse role with direct customer contact
- General practice activities including bookings, administration duties, frame adjustments and repairs

**Desired qualities include**:

- Retail experience - optical retail is preferred but not essential.
- Communication skills - written, face-to-face and via phone.
- Computer skills.
- Problem-solving skills, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team.
- Punctual and reliable with a mature outlook.

We are a tight knit and super friendly practice with a focus on customer service and community engagement. We are located near public transport in the vibey inner north.

Above all else being friendly and being interested in the lives of our patients is essential for the role.
