Pathways Administration Officer

**The Opportunity**
This is a unique opportunity to support both the Careers and Vocational Education aspects of the Pathways Team, with a focus on building industry connections for students. The Pathways administrator works alongside the careers and vocational education pathways team with a primary focus of supporting and organising students to consider personalised pathways through industry engagement activities including workplace readiness and tertiary exposure.
**Campus**: Rothwell
**Position type**:Full Time, Term Time (with flexibility of some holiday work experience visits when required)
**Reporting to**: Pathways Coordinator/VET Manager
**Anticipated Commencement Date**:As soon as possible by negotiation
- Closing Date:_ Friday 14 June, 5.00pm COB however, suitable applicants may be interviewed ahead of the closing date.
**About you**
- Demonstrated competence and confidence in using a computer and relevant software packages e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop and sustain productive relationships within and beyond the school community
- Experience supporting and organising students to consider personalised pathways through industry engagement activities including workplace readiness and tertiary exposure activities
- Open license
- Use of own vehicle
- Qualifications, Certifications and Work-related Experience:_
- Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation.
- Preferred Construction White Card
- Preferred - Certificate 4, Diploma in related field Qualifications and/or experience related to the Vocational Education and Training pathways.
