Our HR Officer is responsible for supporting the HR functions associated with the employee work-life cycle, which may include recruitment, employment contracts, staffing issues, HR metrics, Learning & Development, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution support.

**About you**
> Previous experience working in a dynamic HR environment
> Ability to interpret HR legislation, policies, procedures and Enterprise Agreements
> Demonstrated competence and confidence in using a personal computer and relevant software packages eg Microsoft Word and Excel.
> Knowledge and prior use of the College Administration package (TASS and ERM) would be an advantage.
> Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures and equipment.
> Working with Children accreditation (Blue Card) or ability to obtain this accreditation.
> Certificate IV in HR, Business or related field relevant to the role (Diploma preferred)
