**About the Company**

A global leader known for its commitment to excellence and innovation is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join the team on a temporary and hybrid basis. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, processing high volume payroll and working as part of a team.

**About the role**
- Full function Accounts Receivable
- Helping the operations team with any invoice queries
- Liaising with bad debtor accounts and arranging payment plans
- Monitor the status of individual credit accounts so that problem debts can be quickly identified
- Maintenance of customer profile /customer database
- Assist with month end reporting
- Adhere to the credit policies and procedures
- Assist in any project work that may arise

**About you**

For this role as an Accounts Receivable Officer, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- You are a proactive Accounts Receivable professional with at least 2+ years of experience dealing with large volume collections
- You hold at least 2 years of recent experience using SAP
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in negotiations
- You have proven internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
