**Your New Role**

The Mid-Weight Designer will be responsible for executing a wide range of design tasks, including packaging, presentations, campaign rollouts, imagery resizing, retouching, and recolouring. Working closely with the Creative Director and reporting to the Creative Lead, they will play a key role in maintaining the visual integrity of frank green’s brand across all touch points.

**Your Day to Day**
- Develop high-quality design assets for packaging, digital, print, and retail touch points.
- Assist in rolling out campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in execution.
- Resize and reformat imagery for various platforms and requirements.
- Retouch and recolour product and campaign images to meet brand guidelines.
- Create engaging presentations that communicate ideas and strategies effectively.
- Maintain and organise design files, templates, and assets for streamlined workflows.
- Ensure all design work aligns with frank green’s brand identity, sustainability values, and commercial objectives.
- Provide design support for ad-hoc projects as needed.

**What You Need**
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects is a plus).
- High attention to detail with strong layout, typography, and colour skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in packaging design and production processes.
- Excellent retouching and image manipulation skills.
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into compelling design solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within a creative team.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a brand, studio or agency setting.
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Experience working within sustainability-focused brands is a plus
