About the Company:

Kwik Kopy Perth CBD is Australia's largest and most awarded Print and Signage Centre in the national Kwik Kopy system. Owned by Anthony and Shahna Nixon for over 28 years, both of whom work full-time in the business, Kwik Kopy Perth CBD specializes in corporate design, print, and signage. Our print and signage departments are equipped with modern technology, including new printing and finishing equipment that allows us to produce a wide variety of high-quality work in very quick timeframes.

About the Role:

This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and very stable team. We are seeking applications from individuals with production skills in small format print production through to wide format production and even signage installation. This full-time role is perfect for a self-motivated, talented, and enthusiastic all-rounder.

Whether you are someone with significant experience eager to find a great working environment, or a junior with some skills and eager to learn, this position will help you further develop your career in the print and signage industry in a great team of people

The ideal candidate will appreciate diversity in their work and have some experience in print production.

This role will be suited to someone who enjoys fostering a great team environment and can efficiently coordinate workflow within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in print production, print finishing and installations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Apply pre-press and graphic design knowledge as needed.
  • Manage multiple jobs simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Contribute to the team environment and assist with workflow coordination.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in print production and signage installation.
  • Some pre-press or graphic design knowledge.
  • A pleasant customer service manner and an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills.
  • Ability to apply your knowledge across various tasks and equipment.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality work on time, every time.
  • Excellent teamwork and a great sense of humour
  • Australian work rights are essential for this position.
